The Ultimate Omelette

Recipe
Crack 6 eggs into a bowl. Whisk well.
Add a pinch of salt and black pepper.
Take an onion and make 3 slices. Then, finely chop the slices.
Chop 1/4 of a green bell pepper very fine.
Drizzle olive oil in a skillet; add the onion and bell pepper and a pinch of salt and black pepper.
Stir the above around for about 4 -5 minutes.
Add the beaten eggs, and with a spatula, slightly fold the eggs, allowing the egg mixture to keep seeping until thoroughly cooked.
