The Ultimate Omelette

Recipe


  • Crack 6 eggs into a bowl. Whisk well.

  • Add a pinch of salt and black pepper.

  • Take an onion and make 3 slices. Then, finely chop the slices.

  • Chop 1/4 of a green bell pepper very fine.

  • Drizzle olive oil in a skillet; add the onion and bell pepper and a pinch of salt and black pepper.

  • Stir the above around for about 4 -5 minutes.

  • Add the beaten eggs, and with a spatula, slightly fold the eggs, allowing the egg mixture to keep seeping until thoroughly cooked.
